AgentShield is built for security teams. We treat your data with the same rigor we help you apply to your own infrastructure. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
Account information: name, email address, company name, and role when you sign up.
Scan data: during a discovery or pilot scan, we collect metadata about AI agents, MCP endpoints, tool connections, and permission configurations in your environment. We do not collect the content of your data — only structural and configuration metadata.
Usage data: how you interact with the AgentShield platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
Communication data: messages you send to our support or sales teams.
We collect anonymized product telemetry to improve platform reliability and performance. This includes error rates, feature usage frequency, and scan completion metrics.
Telemetry data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users or organizations.
You can request telemetry opt-out by contacting [email protected].
Customer data is never used for model training, fine-tuning, or any form of machine learning improvement.
Scan results, findings, and environment metadata remain exclusively yours.
We do not share, sell, or license customer data to third parties for any purpose.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personal data is shared with analytics providers.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Discovery (free) tier: scan data retained for 7 days, then permanently deleted.
Founding Pilot tier: scan data retained for the duration of the pilot plus 30 days.
Enterprise tier: retention governed by your enterprise agreement.
You can request data deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
You have the right to data portability — we can export your data in standard formats.
You have the right to object to processing or request restriction of processing.
