AgentShield is a security assessment platform. You may only use it to scan environments and infrastructure that you own or have explicit authorization to assess.

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before initiating any scan or assessment.

Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

AgentShield provides AI agent discovery, risk assessment, and security monitoring capabilities.

We do not guarantee detection of every security issue, vulnerability, or misconfiguration. Our platform is a tool to assist your security team, not a replacement for comprehensive security practices.

Scan results represent a point-in-time assessment and should be validated by your security team before acting on findings.

AgentShield is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to: missed vulnerabilities, false positives, or actions taken based on scan results.

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Founding Pilot program is a 45-day scoped engagement with defined limits on agents, environments, and users.

Pilot fees are credited 100% toward an annual contract if you convert within 30 days of pilot completion.

Pilot participants receive business-hours support and weekly review calls as specified in the pilot agreement.

AgentShield reserves the right to modify pilot terms with 30 days written notice.

You retain all rights to your data. AgentShield does not claim ownership of any scan data, findings, or reports generated from your environments.

AgentShield retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, detection methodologies, and all proprietary technology.

Anonymized, aggregated insights may be used to improve the platform, but never in a way that identifies individual customers.

Discovery tier scans are free with no payment required.

Founding Pilot fees are due upon pilot initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Enterprise pricing is governed by individual enterprise agreements.

All prices exclude applicable taxes and VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
